Our Team & Association Programs provide coaches and associations cost effective options of building advanced player development into their team's development plans.

With a team program, SPS Hockey Development will come to the team's practice location and conduct player development sessions with the entire team or portions of the team. We consult with the coaches prior to delivery to ensure we are designing sessions that fit the needs of each individual player. Team skill development sessions can also address position specific development where and when required.

An association program is suited to bring player development to the entire assocaition. SPS Hockey Development has an extensive background in program and curriculum design and can work with an association's executive and development staff to create age appropriate and progressive curriculum that can then be delivered by the coaches of each team. As part of an association program SPS can then implement the program through regular scheduled sessions for all teams in the association or through a coach development program work with coaches to assist them in the delivery.
