Our High Performance Program is the ideal off-season development solution providing players the time and spacing they require to maximize learning while maintaining a balance for off days and other activities.
It is a complete on ice program for the complete player.

The program is an 8 week, 15 session program, uniquely designed for U15/U16/U18 AAA and Junior level players.  We offer two program streams:
        HPP1 - U15/U16 AAA
        HPP2 - U18 AAA and Junior

The High Performance Program focuses on skating the game, scanning & deception, and scoring using game transferable activities.  Players will work in small groups, in game like situations, to maximize reps and increase decision making ability and game transfer.


Schedule:
     Every Monday and Thursday - Richcraft SensPlex
     June 26, 2023 - August 14, 2023
     U15/U16 AAA - 7-8pm
     U18 AAA & Junior - 8-9pm

     $450.00  *payment in full required prior to start date
